Y'know, we have extensive pre-production and production experience, but we've never really rented ourselves out... until now.

We did an industrial for the law firm of Wolf, Horowitz, Etlinger and Case--
LIZ
They're in Hartford.

Uh... right. So we did an industrial for them and--
